2. Data processed and purposes

2.1 Server log files

When you visit this website, the server automatically logs the following technical data: IP address, browser type and version, pages viewed, and date and time of the visit. This data is processed to ensure the secure operation of the website and to diagnose technical issues. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days and then automatically deleted.

2.2 Cookies

This website uses session cookies required for its operation (a session identifier and XSRF-TOKEN) to remember the selected language and to provide CSRF protection. These cookies contain no personal data and expire 2 hours after the last page load.

This website also uses Google Analytics to analyse visitor traffic. Google Analytics places its own cookies (e.g. _ga, _ga_DQFE6MWXV8) in your browser to collect anonymous statistical data about visitor behaviour. The technical data described above is accessible to the hosting provider (DigitalOcean, LLC) and to the provider of Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) as data processors.
